Let's dive into the highlights of these innovative features!Placement Test System – New Update on LCMS i-School
LCMS i-School is the online content, learning, and teaching management system that has been updated with a new set of English proficiency assessment tests – the Placement Test. This test is built according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and specially designed for students from primary to secondary school that evaluate initial levels to build personalized learning pathways.The test system is comprehensively developed, covering core skills such as Reading, Listening, Grammar, and Vocabulary. With a flexible structure to each age group and levels, the Placement Test not only helps students familiar with the exam formats in the official curriculum but also effectively supports preparation for international certifications like Cambridge, LanguageCert, TOEIC, and IELTS.
All steps, from test distribution, completion, and automatic scoring to results analysis, are managed within the LCMS i-School ecosystem. Besides, the platform provides clear role-based access for teachers, students, and schools. Beyond Vietnam, the Placement Test system has already been successfully applied in Thailand that assists international schools in assessing initial student capabilities and following the learning progress.
Online Mock Exams for High School Graduation & 10th Grade Entrance
In the context of digital transformation in education, LCMS i-School offers online exam preparation solutions. This platform enables secure organization of High School Graduation exams, 10th Grade Entrance exams, or large-scale assessments at school or provincial levels. The system is built according to the Ministry of Education and Training's standard exam framework, integrating the full process from test distribution, completion, and automatic scoring to generating detailed analytical reports.In recent times, DTP has collaborated with Departments of Education and Training to deploy mock exams and student competency assessments on the i-School platform. This system not only helps to create exams based on standard formats, it also provides detailed result reports down to individual students, schools, and even specific skills. This valuable data can help teachers and schools guide review sessions and accurately assess students.
Beyond the CEFR-standardized English test system, DTP also partners with a team of educational experts to build an extensive exam question bank for other subjects. This includes crucial subjects like Mathematics, Literature, History, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, and Economic and Legal Education. These exams are developed to closely follow the general education curriculum framework and meet the specific requirements of each academic level.
