1. Position Overview – Regional Sales Director (Ho Chi Minh Region)
The Regional Sales Director is a key C-level leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth across the Southern region, including Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and Binh Duong. This position leads strategic planning, market expansion, relationship development, and sales execution for the company’s core product lines.The Regional Sales Director manages 4 Cluster Managers and the regional sales force, ensuring strong market penetration and revenue growth within the K–12 ecosystem. Product categories under management include:- English textbooks
- English teaching programs for public and private schools
- Digital learning products (LMS, EdTech platforms, STEAM tools)

2. Key Responsibilities – Regional Sales Director
2.1. Sales Strategy & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans and ensure effective execution.
- Manage sales budgets and optimize ROI across all activities.
2.2. Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate 4 Cluster Managers and the regional sales team.
- Set KPIs, assign sales targets, and monitor performance.
- Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and education industry insights.
- Build succession plans and talent development programs for the region.
2.3. Market Expansion & Client Development
- Strengthen relationships with DOETs, BOETs, school principals, and education organizations.
- Expand customer networks and increase market share in assigned provinces.
- Organize workshops, product demonstrations, and academic events.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure strong post-sales engagement.
2.4. Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Report market insights, business risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
2.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience.
- Support the launch of new educational products and digital solutions.
3. Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in English education, publishing, or EdTech.
- Proven track record managing large sales teams and working with the K–12 education sector.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Southern Vietnam education market.
- Business-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
