2. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• A materials developer will be working with a team of international and local writers. Interact with team members to share ideas/experience, and give feedback on tasks, language usage and approaches;
• Develop a create lesson materials for print/digital content, syllabus planning, materials review, content editing and project management;
• Understanding of learner needs and abilities to change or adapt better fit lessons;
• Assisting with the writing of educational print and digital content for a range of learner ages and abilities;
• Reviewing and editing material, for both copy and content related issues;
• Assisting with curriculum design and educational research projects;
• Translating/interpreting Vietnamese and English documents.

3. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Advance Spoken/Written English skill (CEFR: C1, IELTS 7+, or equivalent);
• An academic background training in ELT/pedagogy/linguistics;
• 4+ years of recent full time teaching experience, at a range of levels and ages;
• An ability to explain English form and usage;
• Solid understanding of learner needs and abilities;
• Intermediate ability with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
